Ok, so i had the dealer fix my EGR issue. Valve was replaced, as well as the turbo charge duct.
What's the next thing that'll go on my jeep?
97k miles.

Hopefully nothing, but you got a diesel so my guess would be something DEF related.

Makes sense..

After the dealer finished and returned my jeep, they said 'oh I refilled your def for you'. I wonder if they added an additives that prematurely kills it haha!

Here's what the dealer returned.
Guess I'll open it up Monday to see whats going on inside. No idea about EGRs. The pipe does look busted up, fragile. Eventually I'll get the AFE pipes.
Anything I can do (other than delete) to prolong the DEF situation so it'll last longer?

What was the EGR issues? I know replacing that bitch is not very easy. I'm pretty sure the dealerships lift the cab to get that replaced. When mine goes, I am not looking forward to that job in my driveway

I'm at 74k with an oil leak at the crank shaft 2x. Seems to be fixed after a new pulley on the crank. Other than that running strong! Love this motor. Keep dragging g my feet on the gde tune, but it's coming!

Just tt Keith at GDE and there will be some updates to the tune later this fall regarding oil analysis and better fuel economy. I’ve had the tune for over three years. Pays for itself in 40000 miles with the increase in fuel economy. Now they will permanently remove the ESS as well. Already have the engine braking option but going to add ESS disable and regen indicator when the new update gets posted.

reading the fine print:
from: AFE charge pipes

"Emissions Disclaimer:
