Just bought my first JL, and these two items were in the rear storage area along with Freedom Top storage bags. The item on the left is made of a mouse pad-like material, and the one on the right may be a cover for the safety package sensors (over rear view mirror) for when you fold your windshield down, but that's a guess.

Left: Matt that fits in the bottom of the storage cubby underneath the rear cargo floor.
Right: Cover for the advanced cruise control camera behind the rear view mirror to protect it when the windshield is folded down.

Thanks for the quick reply. The storage cubby mat is already in place. I wonder how many of the ACC camera covers are actually ever used.
