Pretty sick vehicle.

One of my best memories is drifting one of these around and icy corner on an airfield. Nothing wakes you up and gets your heart racing like sliding a 60k lb truck sideways and driving through the corner.

I did this on my first mission to the ammo point. Never been there before and me and my TC who was also my SL were chatting and as we came up to the left turn for the ammo point he’s yells “you’re gonna pass it” while pointing to the left and I just smashed the brakes yank the wheel left and mashed the throttle back end came around chirping smoke from the four rears and I made the turn. He looks at me and says “are you sure you haven’t done this before? With a smirk on his face.

then grading jobs chasing around scrapers dozers and such

some just pure cross country on sites yet to be developed like solar fields in the desert

used to be a bit more “wild west” but now a lot of my area has been built out

Sounds similar to what my brother spent his career doing as a geophysicist working for BHP mostly looking for gold and other valuables in, of all places, Minnesota and Wisconsin! He is now retired, but may still be doing a little part time consulting.

30 years in corp America (Supply Chain and Logistics) ..... with a 3 year stint in consulting post retirement.

I am now retired and pissing through my kids inheritance...

31 years and still kicking. SCARNG Maintenance Platoon SGT…… it’s rejuvenating trying to learn kids these days……. lol!!!

Civilian world, I’m a Manufacturing plant manager. We make resins that automotive manufacturer use for strength and under the hood applications. Can covers, fan shrouds, etc. With virgin as well as recycled grade materials.
