Was thinking about getting red Rancho Diff covers for the '24, but...

The Extreme Terrain website shows that they will only fit the rear differential, not the front. The ARB's show as not fitting either. Strange the they'd fit one axle but not the other. I also want to insure that the gaskets I have from teh factory are reusable. Anyone have insight?

Hey Bobby, maybe I’m reading this wrong but when I got ARB covers there is a separate part number for front and rear axles. @Northridge4x4 tends to only list items in stock which may be a factor in finding what you need. Tagged them as they may be able to assist with part numbers.

As for the gasket, I tried to get new ones because I remember as a kid scraping cork and RTV off the mating surfaces of my first car. I couldn’t find any in the timeframe I was willing to wait so took the advice from the forum and planned to reuse.

I was pleasantly surprised at how robust the factory gasket was. I replaced the covers front and rear on both jeeps with no problems and no leaks.

I wrote it sloppy. The rear cover fitment states it will fit the Jeep. The front cover fitment says it will not fit the Jeep. I want a matching pair. May have to wait a few months for teh manufacturers to catch up.

Hmmm, from looking at Rancho's website, the front skid is out of stock for the M210 differential. I'm not sure if there's a physical difference in the axle housing itself that would preclude using it on a '24, but I guess Rancho hasn't confirmed it yet either and that's why it's only listed up to MY2023?

I know my son has one on his '20 JLUR. Works great!
