User guide not available

The user guide on my 8.4 display shows "content not available" and can't be opened. Took it in for that and other minor issues and it wasn't solved but the svc mgr showed me the communication from whomever they rely on (U Connect?) for these problems.

They said that "he thought it might be" a Guardian subscription service only. I dont know about that. When I first noticed it wasnt available, right after the purchase, we looked at another Rubicon on the lot and the User Guide opened right up.

The svc dept was asked by the U-Connect rep to check another one on their lot to compare but now they dont have another one there with the 8.4

Theyve done every reset possible but still nothing.

So, if someone would help and you have the 8.4 display, would you please verify youre either able to or not able to access the loaded User Guide and whether or not youre paying for a subscription service.

I'm taking it back up there tomorrow to try to get a solution.

So far, they were able to isolate and repair an annoying rattle in the dash center by removing the radio and rerouting or securing a wiring harness.
