Probably because I was using the jeep to listen to the radio during the storm. I had not started it in a couple of days. Lets hope thats all it was.Battery voltage is low. Run engine to charge them or connect to a battery charger. Hopefully they aren't dying right now.

No you can't. You must first pull a fuse (42 I think) BEFORE you disconnect the motorcycle battery. See the GREAT thread Rhinebeck01 posted aboveThe small battery is not essential. With most JL you can just disconnect the cable and go on with your business.

And you still have the fuse 42 in place? Is your a very early 2018? I know the early ones had different software...Mine has been disconnected for 2 years with no problems.
