I mean if anyone can get theirs replaced under warranty that's awesome. I just didn't have that same experience. I went into the dealer, called Jeep Customer care, Mopar, UConnect and went around and around. They all told me to pound sand. I bought the Jeep used after 1 year and I don't go to the dealer for service. All those items played against me. See previous thread though, I just went ahead and fixed it myself.I wasted about 20 minutes of my time tonight calling UConnect. My dealer gave me this same number. The dealer told me to go into the call and act like an asshole. I decided to go in the nice route. I decided no matter what the fate of the call was, it wasn't worth getting my Blood Pressure up over. In the end, the girl said I was out of warranty and there was not a recall ... so she could not help me. She suggested I look into getting an extended warranty. I just don't have time for this crap right now. Will wait until the screen is totally busted and worry about it then. I bought my JL in early 2018. I guess that is what I get for being an early adopter.
