8.4 uconnect screen freezes

I have 20 model with the 8.4 screen that will freeze sometime usually when the back up camera is on but not all the time. It will turn its self off/reboot and then works fine. Sometimes it will be weeks apart, sometimes every time I start the Jeep. Any idea on the fix is it the screen or something else. I have read of other Jeeps doing it and they just take to the dealer. Their has got to be cheaper options. Thanks for any help.

Mine occasionally does this, but since it reboots and fixes itself I live with it. That's the cheapest option.
