It's a long shot but you might want to check for an ABS code alert.

Is there any reason to think that there may some mud, dirt, sand, or crud on one of your wheel sensors?

The TPMS works in concert with the ABS system's wheel sensors to identify the wheels, so if the ABS wheel sensors are not effective the TPMS system can have issues.

You probably read about it already, but you can try purposefully airing down your tires to something like 20 psi and drive around the block a few times. Then air all the tires to a closely matched pressure that you use for highway driving, (likely lower than the 37psi recommended by Jeep), and go drive around the block making sure to make lots of relatively tight turns so that the wheel speed of each wheel differs enough for the system to start recognizing the unique wheel speed at each wheel.
I did attempt the lower air pressure and then bring them back up.

I did not try a trip with a lot of tight turns to differentiate wheel speed but this may be worth trying again.

I have also attempted To ensure all is clean. I have an appointment in the morning at the dealership for an unrelated recall update. I’ll see if they have any ideas as well while I’m there.

Thanks again for your input and suggestions!

At this point f you don't own it already, get all the stuff required for JScan (OBDII dongle, bypass cable and download the app) for about $80 total. Then turn off all TPSM error reporting.

Continue to drive like it's 1993 and buy one of these:

Just a quick update.

Yesterday I took the Jeep to the dealership for the Recall and I mentioned the tier sensor. They stated that I could make another appointment for this so they would not look at it during this appointment.

Their appointments are strange. You make the appointment for say 08:30. This is your time to drop the vehicle off and has nothing to do with the time that they will actually look at your vehicle. I got there and they said they would get to it the next day lol. I had asked whether I would need someone to give me a ride or not and they said no since the update did not take long at all. I get there at my appointment time and then they hit me with the "we will get to it tomorrow" and I had no ride and live about an hour from the dealership. I mentioned this and then they were able to get to it within about an hour or two. I have no idea why they bother with appointments for a drop-off but not the actual work but oh well.

After, I stop by to order my new tires and the tire shop says they will have it all sorted out by today after installation.

Installing Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLTs 35x12.5x18 and getting rid of the Nittos. Yay for no longer needing to wear hearing protection in the car!

I will update again after and hopefully, my tire sensor woes are behind me.

When doing my oil change last night I noticed an oil leak near my oil filter and was low on the oil volume. I am hoping that this is just something with the old filter housing and not a serious issue. I will be degreasing the area today and monitoring

Well, I definitely have an oil leak.
Degreased and cleaned all surfaces, dried and then took a trip.
I think it’s the dreaded diesel timing chain cover leak.

Update:

I got the new tires on and the tire shop said that 3 of the sensors are giving a different signal than the one that is not reading. They suggested that I replace the others but I am thinking replacing the one to have a similar signal to the other 3 makes more sense... Right?

Are the sensors reprogrammable when it comes to frequencies?

Did you ever get this fixed? I have the same issue, sometimes it picks up the spare instead of the rotating tire. Issue seems to be somewhat tempature senstive, when it is warm it seems to happen less, but usually it is reading the wrong tire.

No, I went round and round. It was easier just to get a tool to turn it off
