They say OEM... I've used them on 4 JL's now, and countless JK's without any issues(Knock on wood, I have another set coming for my new wheels)
I bit the bullet and picked up 5 of them today from my local Jeep dealer.

$350 for the 5

Dealer saw you coming..... geeez.... Do know that you can buy the 6840 6537 AA - 001 TPMS sensor from internet sellers for $30.00 each. They are even on amazon for $30 with free shipping.

So, $30 x 5 = $150
Dealer charged you double what you need to pay. Return those to the dealer and tell them to kiss your ass.
I actually got them wholesale through family business. Retail they are $95 each. RimzOne wanted $500 for them. They said aftermarket ones do not work and JK ones do not work either.

I searched and searched and didn't find any for $30 or even $50 bucks

The Jeep is for my wife so I didn't care for her to have issues with the sensors and I didn't want the factory wheels to be broken down and sensors removed..

:)

Did the JL's change TPMS sensors over the last few months of production?
I have had zero issues with the $55 Ebay OEM TPMS sensors that I listed on four JL's now. My wife runs them every day, and I ran them until I sold my wheels/tires. I have another set here waiting to go in my new wheels(when I figure out what I want.) She has a little over 3k miles on hers, and I had them in for about the same.

Yes, only certain TPMS sensors will work. Amazon is taking numbers and pulling up whatever... not good.

Anyway, regardless, my point is that $500 is ridiculous for 5 Mopar/OEM sensors. Enough said. If you are happy with the price then so be it..

Agree, I wouldn't paid $500 for them, even $350 is high but its for the wife. If it was for me I wouldn't put the sensors on at all, I would just clear them out with the tuner.

That's a shame....
I'm on my 4th set of those sensors on a JL, and all of them have worked flawlessly. I will say that the set I just installed in my new wheels this past weekend looked slightly used but still function great, for now.... :fingerscrossed:

I took my Jeep to get the wheels installed today by Rimzone and they told me the early 2018 JLs would work with the aftermarket TPMS sensors but not the current ones. They done a few JLs recently with after market and JK sensors and they both had problems.

I liked it better when we all carried tire gages and there was no TPMS system to drive you crazy when it go bonkers

The sensors TTEChris recommended off eBay worked flawlessly. No issues.

Don't know why it's flipping the picture. Apple products suck.
Good god boy what size wheel and offset are they, and what size tire?

My replacement TPMS sensors are coming in the next day or so and hopefully this corrects my issue if not will most likely go back to the OEM ones after they get pulled from the wheels
