I recently got new tires and wheel from Discount Tires, I can confirm there is no dealer programming needed for TPMS. DT only mounted the tires on the wheel, I put them on the Jeep, TPSM worked after 10 feet of rolling.Town fair tire quoted me $35 a sensor installed, just afraid they might not work. I wasnt sure if the dealer needed to program the computer to accept them.
Just verify what sensor you need. If you jeep was built after June / July 2021, you need the above part number. Else go to the website - tpmsbargains.com , pick Jeep and it will walk you through which one you need.
These dealers are morons on steriods, reminds me when I was shopping for Jeep in 2021 in the middle of Covid, they jacked up prices and added Sh&t like $350 for nitrogen refill in tires which is free at Costco.
