I just did a 5 tire rotation, and the "new" left front was showing as not reading. ("Service Tire Pressure Monitoring System") Drove it for awhile (50 MPH for at least 10 minutes) and after the shut down, the TPMS reset on the next start.

@Aquastream

As long as all the TPMS' are healthy and are the correct TPMS's for your JL...

You would want to try the following ...

Make sure the Psi on all 4, on the ground tires are set to exactly what the the driver's door placard recommends. Then go for a ride... Hopefully, all will display after a mile or so.. AFTER all TPMS's are reading you can change the psi on the tires.

If that is a no go..... try -->Often the spare tire messes things up so remove the spare, leave it in the garage and with the PSI's all set as per the door placard, go drive for a few minutes. Once all displays properly, put the spare back on the spare holder.

Also try: --> the current thought by most TPMS retailers/vendors, that IF you have one or more sensors not reading on a say a JL/JLU/JT, you deflate all tires to 12# below the recommended tire pressure, driver's side door sticker that tells you recommended tire psi. Now, after they are deflated you drive say a half mile. Now, you inflate to to +- 1# psi, of the recommended psi on the driver's side door placard and go for a mile drive.. This scenario/routine is suppose to wake up the sensors, so to speak and get them reading...

.
Thanks! I have some options to try out now and i’ll report back to you guys later tonight or morning!

Still haven’t woken up! Currently at the stage of having filled them up to 38~psi and driving it around

So, here i am a couple days later and still no luck with this. Any more suggestions? Can the dealer fix this or are they just going to tell me that i need new sensors?(which i probably do lol).

All I can suggest is try everything @Rhinebeck01 mentioned. His list was extensive.
If none of that forces them to register, it might be time to replace them.

Ok i just read it again so I’ll deflate to 12psi below the 37lb standard now and try again.
Thanks @Rhinebeck01

I never did get a full wake up of my sensors. At one point last week I was getting a reading on one tire only, but now they’re all gone again and it says tire pressure unavailable.

I am also interested in learning how to get the sensors working.
In my case, 2021 JLU Rubicon had 17'" Fuel wheels with 33" Toyo tires. I bought a set of 392 take-offs, w/BFG KO2 tires without sensors. My tire shop swopped the sensors and set them up as normal. They all read on the dash for about 10 minutes. We drove it around for a week with no reading then went back to the shop. He rescanned the sensors and again, they read for about 10 minutes.
Tires have been set to 32PSI from the beginning. I will try all the suggestions above and hope someone finds a solution.
The difference in my issue is that the sensors worked before changing them to the new wheels?WTH?, and that they work for ten minutes only, repeatedly. IDEAS?

Did you ever get this figured out? I have a similar situation. Put my March 21 build date rubicon rims on my GF's 18 sport and they do not read.

Also put 22 Extreme recon wheels on mine. I know the sensors are different and not working. Dealer wants $750 to change them.

5 sensors cost me $141.53 or so from TPMS Bargains, Owner or someone there is a forum member, cant recall who though. take it to discount tire and have them mount 'em. It will be whole lot cheaper than stealer.

Do verify the part number, but mine is 2022 build date, so should work

Town fair tire quoted me $35 a sensor installed, just afraid they might not work. I wasnt sure if the dealer needed to program the computer to accept them.
