Bogus... no matter how many ceramic coats you pu on it will not protect you. Good effort at trying to post Spam... but did you have to pick one of the worst Ceramic type coating out there?

I don't know much about forums. I'm on this and the JT forum (sometimes the Hungarian Midget Clown Porn forum but that's another story). But Rick has hundreds of posts and several threads. Doesn't that mean it's less likely to be spam?

Seems to be related to our tendency to believe things blindly without evidence / scientific backing. Not spam.

Just because something happened, or in this case didn't happen, doesn't mean that it was caused or prevented from happening by another event with no scientific reason for it.

Case in point. 1/4" hail is small enough for many cars to survive without receiving body damage. The Wrangler survives small hail better than most other vehicles as well. The fiberglass or fabric roof bounces off small hail, and the near vertical sides don't allow much contact area. The only susceptible panel is the hood, and the curves and aluminum construction help it survive better than a flat steel panel that would be found on most cars.

Poor guy, ceramic coating do absolutely nothing to protect against hail, no matter the quality of the product. You just got lucky that the hail wasnt big enough to dent metal. And… Jeep’s hoods are quite hard compared to most other brands body panels.
