I figured it had to be a situation such as this. Thanks for sharingGuys, literally drove 60 miles on MY JL today. My VIN, my window sticker, without my soft top. They are basically saying it was “lost” and doing a warranty replacement like “oops, it didn’t ship with it. Throw it on the next truck?” It is being sent as a replacement part, like anything else being shipped to the dealer day after day. Dunno what FCA thinks about it but Jeep is clearly in on it cuz the rep in Ohio is the one who reached out to Koons.
