Hello everyone. I finally decided to join the forum. I have a 20' Jeep JT Rubicon. I would like to upgrade to the Anti-Rock Heavy front bar.
For those that have removed from factory Rubicon sway bar. Did the Tazer actually turn off the warning lights? I'm trying to find real world feed- back.
Thanks in advance!

You can use tazer to turn off warning lights….

Sorry to get off topic but I’m genuinely curious.

What are the reasons to remove the sway bar?

Correct I did see that feature. I would like to actually know if it worked for people on here. I've heard that sometimes the warning lights will still be on. My OCD won't let me have warning lights lol

To replace it with a different type.

Maybe someone will chime in that’s done it, but I’ve been using the Tazer for almost 4 years now, and 99.9 percent of the time if you hear that it doesn’t work, it’s usually operator error…….

About a year ago, I deleted the front sway bar and edisconnect motor assembly from my 19 JLUR. I replaced it with the front and rear Antirocks. I can confirm that the Tazer does in fact prevent any warning messages associated with its removal.

The most common reason for deleting the Rubicons front edisconnect sway system, is when upgrading to a setup that better suits one's own wants/needs with their Jeep.

I opted for the front and rear Antirocks, which fixed a couple of issues and provided a couple of side benefits for my setup. Pics, because I like pics...

Awesome thank you for your feed back! I truly appreciate it. How do you like the Anti-Rock upgrade?

I'm very pleased with them. I had the shorter pair of Rock Krawler No Limits links on the front factory sway bar, but they weren't long enough even when fully extended. I could've bought them twice, at $300 per pair to get the longer version, but I also had an issue with the rear bar hitting the bottom of the frame rails. The Antirocks fixed both of those issues.

They are designed to balance the articulation load between the front and rear, resulting in a more level body and increased feeling of control when flexing. It's also nice being able to go from on to off road and back without the need to even think about unlocking and locking the front sway bar. Another benefit is the weight loss from deleting the edisconnect motor assembly and the front bumper skid that protects it. That offsets the weight gain from a winch, so the end result is a front end that feels the same and no change in front ride height.

Might be better served in the JT forum, unless it was a typo?

It works the same on JT/JL. Absolutely sway kill disables all the 'lights' when in use on a rubicon. You can unlock the swaybar all the way to top speed cutoff. You're talking about the swaybar DISABLE which it does.

Personally, I like having a stock swaybar on fast highway runs and then completely disabling it offroad for the entire day other and a quick hit on the steering wheel after a restart.

I don't think you even need a swaybar under like 30mph and no one does 30mph offroad unless you're blasting sand dunes. The swaykill disable is the best of both worlds imo.

I travel LONG distances on a FAST highway (I70 between Denver and Moab, other places) and need 80mph stability up down and around tight mountain curves.

Same here. Works perfect.
