Woke up the Atlas today and Tazer new instructions that require you buy a non 392 transfer case module and have lastest rev 11.4.4. Worked perfect as I was changing axles with air locker 60/14 bolt East Coast Gear supply as well.

This is from Tazer as the instructions for this are not in lastest sheet online so Z Automotive emailed them and been great to work with.

"in the Tazer menu, then "perf" and then to "set transfer case 4 low."

Hold the left arrow on the steering column and pull the high beam stalk towards you and press the cruise cancel button. On the screen will show FullTCase: Yes, select it to change it to "no" and then follow with a full reboot and 2 sleep cycles, u would do this after getting the atlas transfer case and dtcm."

i worked through by changing one item at time and did reboot and sleep cycle as well each time, first was transfer case, next was transfer case ratio then turned off lockers as i run Switchpro for compressor and arb lockers, Somehow during this something turned on FAD, so had to unselect that

So no test drive yet as driveshafts are coming but all warning codes turned off and dash and offroad pages show 2H. All transfer case modes show correctly

the last pic is of the DTCM (transfer case module] thats mounted in passenger rear between roll bar and the top, Just get 3.6 with lockers for your year 392

Last tip Atlas instructions online do not tell you what fuse to power the adapter for computer to see your in 4 wheel drive, the number is F58 passenger seat heater does include a fuse tap so you have function of both fuses.

IF want see more pic see my other post https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/fo...bolt-and-kmc-beadlocks-install-on-392.126017/

Thanks. I'll check the FAD setting. I've had the Atlas installed about 4 months and have been dealing with computer gremlins ever since with the elockers working. I went with fusion D60 up front and D80 in back and kept elockers to use stock switches but that has not worked out like I hoped. I've finally got most of the puzzle done but the service light stays on?

I just swapped the DTCM with a regular rubicon one and used Tazer to change to part time 4WD.

You have to update the transfer case configuration to not be a MP3022. Not sure how to do that with a tazer, only with JScan or AlphaOBD. You are getting the service light because your vehicle is trying to actuate the clutches, and you don’t have them anymore…

The non-392 transfer case control module (DTCM) is what tells it to look for clutches. He’s eliminated that. And then the Tazer tells the computer you have that DTCM. Done deal. So many things can cause that serv. 4wd light. He should scan his codes and see what it showing up.

I did, but now it’s not needed with the ability in the Tazer.
Agreed, saw your other post. But force RWD with a tazer as @Huntingbigun is doing is not enough. Either update to new tazer version or update tc setting with something should turn off the service 4WD MIL.
