I have the Teraflex Alpine IF front track bar for my JL (not installed yet). The instructions say to torque the axle bolt to 52ft lbs + 155 degrees (says 200ft lbs).

I emailed Synergy and they say the stud for the steering stabilizer (this replaces the track bar axle bolt) should not go over 150 ft lbs like it says in the instructions.

Anybody have any experience or thoughts on this>

I have the synergy bolt and it’s torqued to 150 , no issues.

Do these Teraflex torque settings of 200 and 205 look correct?

I thought 52ft + 115 degrees was a stock spec around 110ft lbs

I don’t know, but the instructions say using stock hardware, I would just torque factory bolt to factory specs and the synergy bolt to their spec . Just my .02

I have the Synergy bolt (rest of front end is Steer Smarts with a Fox TS stabilizer) and 150 ft pounds is correct for this bolt/stud at axle side. My Mopar 2 inch lift instructions list both axle side and frame side at 110 ft pounds.

Not sure but the numbers definitely do not add up. 52 ft lbs + 115 degrees shouldn’t add up to be more than 52 + 155 degrees
