Have a possible bad idea swimming in my head. Would it work to put a relocation bracket on my stock JL (no lift) to have more access to the sway bar. Second part is that I would want to put some sort of quick link on it to easily disconnect the sway bar which i dont know where to find..... yet (any ideas).

This raises a question or two.
1. The brackets would shift the sway bar link slightly and could affect removal. Any thoughts on this.
2. Would this have any impact on the JL's road handling. it is also a daily driver for me.

If you're already going to get quick disconnects is there a reason to also get the link connect relocation brackets? Otherwise, no, I don't see a problem with the different angle of the sway bar. I installed Apex AutoLynx and because I have no lift the sway bar is an inch or two higher at the attachment point than it was before. I have noticed no difference at all.

I’m running those brackets on my JLUR with the Synergy 2” Stage 1 lift. I’ve had no issues in steering and control. They are a tight fit and I had to grind down a little to get them in. That being said… you could just run quick disconnect sway bars and be fine. Only benefit the brackets may add is accessibility.

I suggest you start with the quick disconnects and go from there. I installed Synergy's quick disconnects and the brackets you are looking at are only used on lifted Jeeps. For un-lifted Jeeps like ours they actually have you cut off one side of the bracket which I suppose makes it easier to access the disconnect. Note Quadratec has a link to the instructions:

You should look into the AutoLynx that @smokeythecat mentioned. They look like the cat's meow ;)
