Add me to the list. Both broken. currently waiting at dealership to determine issue. They said they have not heard about this happening on other JL's. Not sure if covered under warranty yet.

They are going to do a 1 time coverage under warranty. parts are ordered and will be in next week. heres hoping the new parts are better than the original.

My driver’s side broke a couple of weeks ago and the dealer told me they were back ordered until late February

yup they sure did. i would've flipped if they didn't. shitty design in the first place.

Taking the wife to the airport in the AM both sides broke. The passenger side might have been the first it was used! A search of the forums here and I found a thread from @roaniecowpony. https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/sun-visor-fix.44865/ I decided to fix them since a replacement would likely do the same. I believe my fix is going to last much longer than the original. Thanks again @roaniecowpony.

Still waiting on mine to come in. Guess it is past time to start making some noise with this. Dealership informed me that this part has taken up to 6 months to come in. Unbelievable.

Part still not in. Coming to work this AM, put down and it dropped, almost caused an accident. Jeep really needs to get these parts out before someone has an accident.

Got a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara... 9,000 miles and after a very cold night - BOTH of my visor mounts broke.... BOTH... They were hanging down. Hey Jeep, if you are reading this, your engineer screwed up. Off to the dealer...

I just finished filing a report on the NHTSA website re. these visors, as one of the forum members had suggested. It only took me about 10 mins. My impression from this forum is that Jeep will only replace the crappy part, which will break again as soon as the visors are swiveled out of their mounts. Maybe if the number of reports at the NHTSA website pile up, NHTSA may force Jeep to issue recall and offer a long term fix.
