Been using this one for years. I've sat on it (190lbs) too and no deflection. It's light enough I take it backpacking on multi day trips. It is shorter than the above though, more knee height. Used a two burner coleman stove on it dozens of times.

@SadRobot I like your style and agree that less is more when camping. I use sidio half crates, one for my basic kitchen utensils and plates, one for all things caffeine, and one full crate for my stove, pots, and larger items. The dividers are customizable and make it easy to stay organized without a game of Tetris every time I pack up, they’re stackable, and they have different lid options to suite your needs. www.sidiocrate.com

I use a clear tote for my dry food (just easier to see exactly what I need) and I use a folding Alps mountaineering aluminum table for cooking and chillin, and, yes, these tables are plenty strong for your standard camp activities.

Those Sideo crates are awesome. I'm saving that link for later.

And I was looking at that fine steak, thinking “less is more”?!
Best to not leave me in charge of food…

Hahah, if I remember correctly, that one steak was used to make 2-3 meals so I guess that still makes the less is more argument.

I have those. I just used my handy pocket knife, but probably could have gotten a slightly neater result with a box cutter.

They're easier to cut when the Jeep's been sitting in the sun and they're nice and warm.
I used a box cutter and got mixed results. I wish they had perforated the cutouts to make it easier. I don't understand why companies don't do that. I had the same problem with the foam cutouts on the Front Runner box.

Anyway, I cut them all out and bought some ratchet straps.

I really like the Raingler cargo net but I'm not sure it'll work with the tie down rails I have installed.

I have a similar one a friend bought me as a present and neither of us read the measurements too closely. I just laughed when I opened up the box. It's very tiny.

Bringing this thread full circle and back into storage boxes. This sort of fell into my lap today for free. Not really sure what to use it for but couldn't give up a free storage box.

Anyone have suggestions on a lightweight, super compact camping table?
I can't personally recommend this one (never used it), but I saw this is 50% off right now. Might be a good option for a full-sized table. I've thought about trying it... aluminum is just so cold 8 months of the year... I still might.
