Stop/Start Light on Wrangler JL

I have a 2020 Wrangler JLU Sport and the Stop/Start light came on. I have already replaced the main battery and auxiliary battery, and the Stop/Start light is still on. Thoughts on the possibility of a fuse? Relay fuse?

I would suggest pull your fuse array and check continuity on N3

Do this. It's really easy to accidentally blow fuse N3 when replacing batteries in a two-battery system. Battery cables are still hot until both batteries are disconnected. If the positive cable touches any ground, fuse N3 goes poof. When N3 is blown, the Aux battery will not recharge.

You can switch the cable from N3 to N4 until you replace the fuse array. They're the same amp fuse.

Just so you know the stop/start warning light could mean ANYTHING is disabling the stop start system, such as a check engine light (even a pending code, so no CEL warning light on the dash). For example, it could be the secondary hood switch failing/sticking which is a 2 minute and 20$ repair. You need to pull the codes.

Randomly throwing parts at it before scanning it is such a waste of time and money
