Lmfao. I'm going to add onto this. With the lease incentives on 4XEs being so incredible a lot of people were just leasing them and instantly buying out the lease. I guess Stellantis financial wasn't able to make any money off of these leases, so they announced that they'd be charging the DEALER a $1425 fee for all leases terminated within the first few months.
As you can expect, trying to charge the dealers a fee for managing to sell a product that isn't selling is frankly absurd. Within 48 hours it was reverted due to dealer outcry. At least they're listening.

Their car lines have not done all that well, and Dodge trucks and Jeeps are markets in which buyers are less inclined to purchase EVs, putting them in a difficult situation. That has been a problem for many years, but exacerbated by the need to meet ever-higher CAFE standards, making a lot of Dodge/Jeep lovers very nervous...

Charging a fee, after the fact, for something the dealer cannot control or have the ability to recapture. Chrysler Financial owns the lease contracts and dictates rules applicable to leases. Geez….the level of incompetence is profound…

CEO reports to the board, who are elected by the shareholders and compensated for their service. Board negligence is profound…a dramatic failure of a strategic plan…short term profits came at the expense on long term planning.

Clarification: My post related to CAFE standards and the problem of meeting them by adding EVs to the line. Stellantis/Jeep tried drastically cutting ICE shipments to states that adopted stringent MPG standards, and sales plummeted in many states. I.e. reducing gas engines rather than increasing electric vehicles. It didn't work, obviously. They've since corrected, but the basic underlying problem of meeting current and future CAFE standards remains.
As for overall sales, the articles I have read (as mentioned in the other thread) point mostly at high prices with poor reliability second.
For a long time now the Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep brands have passed through a number of "get as much as we can now and get out" owners IMO.
