@JeepCares @kcannon12 That is very disappointing to say the least and frustrating since this seems to be such a widespread issue in the new vehicle. I have an appointment next Tuesday at BenchMark Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Birmingham, AL - hopefully @JeepCares is escalating this issue.@hfc0105 It didn’t. After having the Jeep for the day they called to tell me they couldn’t figure it out. Keep in mind I printed this discussion and gave it to them. They then said I’d need to schedule another appointment to have the dash partially dismantled by a more senior technician. @JeepCares please help.
