@hfc0105 It didn’t. After having the Jeep for the day they called to tell me they couldn’t figure it out. Keep in mind I printed this discussion and gave it to them. They then said I’d need to schedule another appointment to have the dash partially dismantled by a more senior technician. @JeepCares please help.
@JeepCares @kcannon12 That is very disappointing to say the least and frustrating since this seems to be such a widespread issue in the new vehicle. I have an appointment next Tuesday at BenchMark Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Birmingham, AL - hopefully @JeepCares is escalating this issue.

SO after 16 days in the shop trying to locate this issue....even though I showed them the pics from this thread the FIRST time I took it in....they located the vibration issue to be a "gateway module" behind the lower speaker under the steering column area. The official dealership fix was just a dollop of epoxy. I am beyond frustrated. I get to go pick up my baby today...hopefully! Oh how I have missed her.

Could you grab a picture of the fix so I could see exactly where/how they used the epoxy. There haven't been any real follow up pictures on here with actual solutions yet

Mine is at the dealership currently - sending them this right now thank you! They were ordering a new speaker and amplifier - also mentioned an over-the-air update may fix the issue - not buying that!

It would be nice if @JeepCares would get involved with the dealership as well to communicate this as it seems they are just throwing ideas at the wall and seeing what sticks.

Thank you for this information. Hopefully this will be useful when I take mine in to the dealer to get my "Charlie Brown adult voice" speaker issue fixed.

I have this same issue and it was vibrating so bad through steering wheel I had to investigate. I found the noise went away when I applied pressure to the two connectors going into the module behind the left speaker under footwell area. (see pic)

The plastic that the connectors attach to is loose. It rattles real bad. I also suspect the speaker enclosure could use some sound deadening spray or material in it. Possibly insulation on the mounts of the speaker box to the chassis. Not sure yet.

HAHAHA...thats funny! if you get a Tazer JL you won't have to worry about it anymore. You unplug those wires and let them hang free with the Tazer installed.

Can anyone enlighten on the removing of these panels? I figure they unclip but do you pull from a certain side? Don you just yank it off? Do the clips break? I have 2 speaker issues. The Charlie Brown voice underneath and the overhead speaker bar vibrating on bass. What a bad design flaw!

My passenger side speaker in the overhead speaker bar was vibrating also... I think the dealership shimmed it. That's what they said. It's not vibrating any longer.
