I just got a 2023 Wrangler Sahara (My 3rd Jeep, first JL) It has a 2.5” suspension lift but until I buy 17” Methods with new tires I am stuck. Seems it should have 1.75” spacers. Thoughts?

Wheel spacers I assume? I am using Bora hub centric 1.75” on my Willys. Just enough poke with my OEM Moab wheels. Looking to get Method bead grip 703 or 705 in spring And will then remove them.

I’ve never had any problems using wheel spacers….. torqued properly, and done right, there’s no issues… I’ve only used them as a means to an end though, which sounds like what you’re looking to do….

Looking forward to being back in the space. Last 3 years I have been in the side by side space with a CanAm Maverick. Gonna be fun! The wallet is already open 😆

I have 3/4 spacers with stock wheels. Look perfect for me. Just enough poke. Make sure you get hubcentric spacers, properly torque and use loctite... Every tire rotation recheck torque and clean back of wheel and front of spacer

spidertrax recommends red loctite and BORA says not to use loctite...I used Spidertrax on my JK's and never had an issue...I now use BORA's on my JLUR and never had an issue....

I personally don’t believe in spacers. I don’t care how well they are built they can be unsafe, and they extend the weight way too far out on the axles. Get the right wheels. I’m sure I will open up a can of worms saying this. Just my old man opinion.
