Software Update?

I've got a 2018 JLUR with the large "nav" (if you can call it that since you can see jack squat unless you zoom in to an unusable distance like .5 miles)

The radio is being super weird. I use SirusXM: Sometimes it goes into a mood where it shows the "favorite song" alert but when I tap it there are no favorite songs playing. When it is doing this it also will not connect to any phone via bluetooth and also not recognize any phone plugged in. And then I am refering to phones that are frequently connected (mine and my husbands).

A day later everything works fine until the next time it doesn't.

Do I need some kind of software update?
And have the come up with an update yet to make the nav map more useful when zoomed out?

Don’t think there’s any fix for the maps. (Same complaint here)
The last update seemed to start a bunch of problems that I didn’t have. Gee thanks guys!
the Sirius favorite thing started. Rebooting out of the blue. Locking up. Blue screen of death.
Before the last update it only had one problem and that was only if I left the iphone plugged in while I gassed up. It would lock up on startup. Easy fix was hit reverse and the camera seemed to override everything and then all worked fine.
