Got the update over the air yesterday.
Of note: nothing broke during the process and uconnect5 runs a bit smoother now.
Of note 2: Some of my shortcuts disappeared from my home screen but i was able to add them back.

You’re too far behind. You won’t get any until you’re caught up to 1-2 updates behind. You need to have the dealer update your vehicle.

so I wonder why mine would not get caught up...it has done some over the air updates wonder why it would not do the latest ones? not complaining tho as I don't have issues with how anything I use operates.

Now that I look at it more carefully, I think you’re just one version behind. So there’s .35 release and now the new one is .37

They do it in waves but it will only get it during long periods of WiFi connection such as a long drive connected to the hotspot. That’s worked best for me so far.

I have the Wi-Fi hotspot connected to the software update's part and still nothing I can spend hours driving and nothing, so I guess I'm going to the dealer to get software updated and I also have issues with the off road pages plus bullshit, FCA really fucked up everything with buying cheap crap and installing it in our jeeps 4g went out window a long time ago everything has been 5g for 3 or more years at least and in my 2024 they install 4g and wonder why it doesn't work or receive things

Mine updated last night. No noticeable differences. But I wasn't having any issues other than my backup camera being fuzzy at night, sadly it didn't fix that. My only Connect complaint other than have memory settings for the electric seats.

Why are you and I the only two Jeep owners who haven't gotten the OTA update? I called Uconnect and Jeep to see why. They both said that it's VIN based. I said, "Well everyone else has gotten the update why not me?" to which Yenori replied "If everyone else jumped off of a mountain, would you jump too?"

She had me there... I didn't know how to counter that one...

I just said "Tell Tavares that I said 'You suck'" and hung up.

I've been having weird issues with the head unit ever since I got it. I would consider them more software bugs than hardware issues. Was excited to see that there may be an update.

I checked the VIN checker and it said that my radio was up to date. Even though I'm at MY24.U33.43. I've heard that using this tool may be a way for it to kickstart an update.

I too got the U37 update on my 2025 JL. I was hoping it will fix the issue of phone/navigation/media volume settings not being saved in every restart. No luck. Have to reduce the individual volumes in every restart - so frustrating.
