I am figuring out how to do this using the Wrangler JL Unlimited rollbars to level and support my 30"x74" sleep platform. If I sleep with my head to the front of the Jeep the ¾" plywood shouldn't need additional support at the feet end.
I have used the suspension bed method to level my bed in both a cargo trailer and a tall van. I placed the mattress platform on ½" pipe legs, and when I couldn't find a level spot to park, the clinch straps made it easy to adjust and level the bed.
See the process in the video starting at 6:08 through 9:25.
