I’m surprised to read all this about it riding stiffer. Those TT shocks should be pretty soft.
The creaking you’re hearing might be the frame bushings on the rear sway bar. Spray some WD40 in the rubber bushings where it mounts to the frame and see if it helps. Mine was creaking back there and it was the dry bushing on the sway bar.
Otherwise you shouldn’t really have anything that could creak, unless one of the coils in the rear isn’t seated top and bottom or something.
