Sorry it took so long, here's some from our latest trip out to AZ.
Did Schnebly trail, (super easy), just to get the Jeep badge deal.
Then we did one called Diamondback, (wife had a few pucker moments since I let her drive) :)
Also headed up to Flagstaff and the surrounding trails, etc.
Really cool area to explore
Our little "Road Dog" Loves the Jeep, all 6.5 lbs of her

Man, Jeep looks really good. Great scenery too. Most lifts look silly with 35’s on a Rubicon because of the fenders, but that looks very proportional. Thanks for the pics, I may need to update my shopping list.

With the RK 2.5” lift, will I need extended brake lines, or to extend the diff breather tubes?

If youre talking about their 2.5 kit series 1, it goes for about 1,250 without shocks and in my opinion its a way better deal vs the mopar offering. You couldget away with rubi shocks with cheap extensions, as long as your u sprung weight isnt crazy heavy. While you save up for some remote res shocks. Also has track bar front and rear bracket. Installed one last weekend on my buddies JL and it rode pretty nice , a touch stiffed than stock but pretty nice. And components were better engeneered more robust than mopar. This kit is a good example of money better spent than on mopar

Had the RK adventure 2.5" stage 1 with RK TT shocks installed today on my daily driver jl sport. It gained 1.5" of height in addition to the previous takeoff rubi suspension that lifted it 1.5". I chose the RK Adventure series bc it's supposed to be daily driver friendly and keep a smooth on road ride.

After the lift, the on road ride felt like it stiffened up significantly vs. the takeoff rubi suspension that rode well on the road with same ko2 tires. During the drive home tonight, I pulled over bc it felt like I may have a flat tire and was somehow riding on a rim. Driving over normal on road train track crossings at 10 mph was rough. Tires were the same 315/70/17 bfg ko2 class c at 33psi...so it wasnt the tires. I have a lighter weight sport with plastic bumpers and no skids currently. I understand that there's a break-in period and the ride/height will soften/settle a little, but the current amount of stiffness compared to the previous rubi suspension isnt comparable. I'm going to call RK Monday AM. Otherwise, I like the height...just want the ride to feel more daily driver friendly.

Pre RK lift with takeoff rubi suspension and 315/70/17 ko2's:

Added RK 2.5" Adventure lift with same 315/70/17 ko2's:

@XJrider Did your ride stiffen up a good bit? Did you install RK's TT shocks?
It was my buddies rig and Ya definetly has a stiffer spring rate over stock, but he has winch , bumper and freqently goes out with tools, camping gear etc so it handles that weight really well. We did Icon shocks. Why did you change your setup if you were liking it?

RK will know best, but that doesn’t make sense. My xfactor kit rides great, I think you should have seen 2.5 inches over the rubi lift, unless the less weight really makes that much difference.

I added lockers and wanted to go up a few inches to raise the belly and went to 315/70/17 tires. There wasnt alot of clearance with the lower sport fenders and I was told Rock Krawler Adventure series rode well for daily drivers and wasnt much stiffer than the rubi suspension. As the pics show, I didnt get 2.5" in height, my suspension creaks and I feel about every bump in the road. I wonder if my jeep is too light for a RK suspension?

RK kits have a stiffer spring rate for sure . As do Metalcloak and RE, rancho. If you want softer springs id say EVO coils and Mopar coils are the softest. Dynatrac coils are good too. If you dont like it you should yank it out and sell it. Is this yr first build?

Yes....first build. I drive 20k miles year. Do you think coils or shocks affect the stiff ride more? If RK doesnt have a solution, I'll have to pay more to put the rubi suspension in it and just add a 2" spacer lift. But I obviously dont want to have to pay the labor again.

Its all 3 really to create ride dynamic, but coils are first , dampeners with stiff valving can cause issues too tho. What tire pressure are you running . Hopefully around 31...

Was at 33 and dropped to 30 today...didnt help much. Is is normal to hear your suspension creaking? Should they have greased it up? I dont think they did.

I have no experience with those shocks....
where are you measuring yr lift height at?
And yes it could make noises but its probably bushings. Rk arms have zerks , could be yr sway bar links too tho.
