I removed mine a while back. It provided a perfect mounting location for the single ARB compressor. To echo others, I believe it looks better, it serves no functional purpose. It's now wall art in the garage.

Hey, you didn't post pics of the wall art! We want to see it!

Nice setup with the compressor, btw!

This is totally a tangent, but does anyone else look at a modern engine, with it absolute mess of wires, metal, and plastic, and be amazed how it all magically works together and moves you down the road. Its very cool really.
It could be simplified quite a bit...hence the guys that tuck their engine bays.

I keep my flux capacitor within the perimeter limits of my phase-shift plasmarizer - I should be safe?
as long as you’re clear of the oscillation overthruster.

Wait, is somebody crying...out there in the darkness?

think you could make a dual ARB work with a custom bracket in the same area? I am sure it won't fit with the engine cover bolt location, but was thinking maybe a new bracket may be able to squeeze it in.

I don't think so, because of where the air line is required to come out on the double. The single is an incredibly tight fit again the hood, and the only reason it works is because the manifold and air outlet can be rotated downward a bit.
