Recon emblem

So I have this blank area under the left tail light where on my 4xe there used to be the "4xe" emblem. I was thinking something is missing here and decided to see if I can put a Recon emblem there and Viola!, there is one that Mopar sells. Shouldn't these be on the Rubicons as standard?! Yep, my OCD hates blank areas... Mopar wants $71 for it which is crazy.

I dont have a Rubicon but that spot is where my dealer had the free advertising. Pulled it off the first day .

yeah, as good as my dealer is, all evidence of where I get my vehicles is removed!! Thankfully they only advertise on an actually nice chrome trimmed license plate frame. (Still gets pulled!)

Ah, your original post was a bit confusing. Sounded like you took the 4xe badge off, but I see now you traded it in.

Yeah, sorry about that. I should have been more clear in my post and assumed everyone can read my mind! I do that alot. Surprised my wife can still decipher my conversations when others look at me like a confused dog....But strange enough, shouldn't these have been on the front fenders? I found one on eBay that's OEM as a single badge. I'll just put it on one of the rear corners. I'm not a fan of all the verbiage on the front fenders like my 4xe Sahara had. Funny as I didn't like the empty space back there and here I find out the emblems have probably been dropped due to shortages! Either way, I'd rather have my Rubicon with the XR package delivered rather than wait on small trivial crap.

Those badges were never offered for the Extreme Recon package. They were part of the Rubicon Recon limited edition, completely different.

only free advertising they had on mine was a vanity plate and was replaced with a wrangler one later. Then I got a 392 Wrangler one in black/bronze that is there currently. Thankfully no dealer stickers although my dealer experience was well above my expectations.
