Use a small jewelers screw driver to push the center in. May need a hammer to tap it with. Then use a trim tool to pull them out.

Would a small Torx screwdriver, say a T10 work as well perhaps?

So after mangling one of the rear fenders, I just paid a local shop $100 to remove the other three and replace the one. They did a far superior job than I did.
