Hello, fellas! Looking for some rear control arms drop brackets on 392. Thought that had seen them on Metalcloak's website not a long time ago, but now it's gone... Still waiting for their reply, but there might be the chance that somebody found something similar from some other manufacturer.
Thanks!

Hmm, have you considered long arm rear instead?
But if it’s a pavement only vehicle I guess rear drop brackets wouldn’t hinder it the way I’d be concerned about on my rig.

Huh, I didn't realize the MetalCloak "DB3" brackets weren't compatible with 392. But sure enough, that's what their website says. I wonder what the reason is? It can't be due to the weight, the 4xe rear end weighs at least as much as the 392 rear end, and the brackets work fine on the 4xe (I have them on mine).

I wonder if it's just a fitment issue somehow?

I don't think it's much concern, the Metalcloak drop brackets are probably the strongest part in my whole Jeep, they're made to take a serious beating. Dragged them across granite boulders lots of times and they still look cherry ?

That said, if there aren't any drop brackets available for the 392 then long arm may be the best and only answer

I was able to confirm the RCA mounting bracket locations are different between the 392 Wrangler and other Wranglers... offset enough that the brackets (designed for a normal Wrangler) will not fit on the 392.

With the 392 Jeep did change that rear section of the frame to where the control arms mount a bit different and cause the brackets to not bolt up like the other models
