This. 4.88 would be fine for the best performance from a stop - but I need reasonable rpms for the highway as well. I feel like 4.88 with 37s would a bit too much rpm at 75mphThat is the beauty of the 392, it actually is driver preference what gearing you want. If you are a stop light drag racer, 4.88 is great. There is only 1 stop light in 30 miles of me. My street is 50 mph and next turn is 65 Mph. I might not see another car in 20 miles. 35s and 3.73s is perfect for me and I see 8th gear and 18-20 mpg every tank.
