Purchased a set of these guys from ET last week. Install was very easy, probably less than 30 minutes total, not including zip typing the cables and harnesses. The light output is good (where the beam is), but there is a significant dark spot approximately 14 feet in front of the vehicle that you absolutely have to supplement with fog lights. The problem is, when the high beams are on, the fogs are off. Driving on the freeway in the city, or on surface streets, it's not a problem, but driving in the country, it was very obvious and a bit sketchy. I'm going to reach out to them to see if they are willing to take them back, otherwise, it's a $350 lesson. They do look great, and the light output is decent, but i believe the center section obstructs the beam and there is no bulb on the bottom half of the light to fill the gap. I adjusted them for my lift, the cut off is good but the over all light output is not very good.

If you use a Tazer or other programmer, you should be able to enable the fogs with the high beams
My fogs are on in that other picture, and you can still tell there is a pretty large dark spot there.

Wow. Not excellent. Swapping from halogen? On my JK, Hella and KC made great euro spec halogen headlights and housings as an upgrade. Not sure what’s available for the JL.

Yeah i was swapping from halogens. Should have just went with the factory option, but i was cheap and impatient, trying to get as few options as possible to not hold up the build.

I had the same issue with the Rugged ridge projector lights I installed. Ended up upgrading my fog lights with the oracle led version and now I have light coverage in that blank area.

The problem is when I'm out in the sticks, running the high beams, that dark spot is still there and i can't run my fogs. I just contacted Extreme Terrain and they were great about a return. I fully expected a restocking fee, and they said no thank you and just sent me a label to send them back.
