@Ratbert Just received a quote from a local dealer and from what I can tell, he quoted me at 1% under invoice with an FCA Affiliate Control Number (originally quoted me full MSRP for a factory order, but Tread Lightly should provide the ACN). I understand the $58,912 FWP would be invoice pricing and the $58,398 FFP would be the 1% under pricing, but what in the heck is the $1,831 HB and 56,166 EP prices? Employee pricing? I'm waiting to hear back on price protection and any additional fees. Thanks!

HB is dealer holdback- this is money the dealer will get when the vehicle is sold. EP is employee pricing for FCA corporate employees.

So Koons has just lowered their 6% to 5% with an additional .5% with a Tread Lightly membership. Was informed just now while ordering a JLURXR.
MSRP and Invoice prices are going up while dealer discounts are going down. Gupton Motors deal is looking even better right now.

@Ratbert Koons deal downgrade for your spreadsheet.
Updated. Thanks.

Thanks for the info, really appreciate it!

So holdback isn't total profit, but a dealer/mfg bonus in addition to their regular profit?

It’s an amount that they give the dealer for selling that vehicle. It’s a percentage of msrp I believe. this is in addition to incentives the dealer may receive.

@Ratbert When I click on the Contact for Randy Marion CDJR I get a message saying the post couldn't be found. Is it just me or is the post gone? Any way to know who the contact is?

I'm guessing that the post was deleted. I'd just call the dealership and ask for their salesperson that handles Internet sales.

I have one to add to your list that we used for my 22 Gladiator and my girlfriends 22 Wrangler:
CMA Valley CDJR in Staunton, VA. They'll do 6% under invoice if you finance with them. No deposit was required for either of ours. Their dealer processing fee was $699.
Nothing about the tread lightly needed, but not sure if they'll honor it either.

Our salesperson we used was Erik Kibler - very happy with him. I asked him about posting this to the forum and he has been quite happy with the referrals I've brought him for Gladiators lol

That deal does not apply to 392's, otherwise I'd be trading in my Gladiator for one. Still tempted by it... haha. 392's are MSRP there.

This is Chad Rivas on behalf of Miracle CDJR, We will now be offering JLwranglerforums Members 6% Below Invoice pricing with OR without Dealer financing! (EXCLUDING 392 WRANGLERS) We will also offer an additional 1% for Treadlighly Members. (We do offer 1% below FWP for affiliate members but it does not stack so it is better off dollar wise to just use the Forum Deal). We have a $599 Doc Fee/"Dealer Fee" and we will only be requiring a $1,000 Non-Refundable Deposit on orders.

Happy Jeepin'
This is the best deal on the forum right now - 7% below invoice with cash/buyer financing! Would have had my business if I had known a couple of weeks ago.

Most will ship it to you. The alternative is to fly out and drive it back.

For sure, trying to determine if it's worth it to pay for shipping or even fly out there and drive it back. Thank you again for posting this btw I've been coming back to this while doing my shopping.
