I just got a Wrangler JL 2021 softop model. Can I drive it with the rear quarters and back taken off, while leaving the main top in the closed position for shade?

+1 on "Safari Mode"

It is useful for not getting sun-burned in the Florida sun. ALSO, if I'm going to be in a place for a long time (i.e. getting a haircut, getting a lot of groceries, church, etc.) I quickly flip my top from all the way open "full-Sunrider position" to "safari mode" in order not to get bird excrement in my Jeep.

I did this today, only because rain was forecast. It's been down for the last week, I love it.
