Quick wheel offset help please

So I ordered some Kmc tank wheels today, the size is 17x9 with a 3.5 bs and -38mm offset. I am running stock axles with bfg km3 37/12.5/17 and will have a MC 3.5 lift with fox 2.5 dsc shocks. I’m a newb when it comes to wheels specs, will this size work? Any negatives with the size, as far as flex or tire stuff?

they also make a 4.41bs and -15mm offset would that be a better choice. Thanks.

That will work, MC recommends at least 4.5” bs for their lifts. The 3.5” bs will poke your tires out more which is a bit of added stress on components and potential for flinging debris around onto doors/hinges and towards traffic. Either one works though.

-38 offset are gonna stick out a bunch, maybe as much as 3 inches. I personally don't like the look but functionally that's gonna throw a bunch of crap up and down the side of your Jeep.

Here's my JLUR with the 3.5" Metalcloak Gamechanger and 17x9 KMC XD138 Brutes with 4.53" backspace and -12mm offset, wrapped in 38x13.5's...
