Not everyone ofroads over rocks and 20s can be just fine on backroads, sand and dirt (all Michigan).

Negative aspect of 20s is tire weight and stiffness, as all tires at 34" or taller are E rated (In all terane).

Positive aspect of 20s on E, great handling in the corners.

You will need 9 or 9.5 wide wheel with offset at 0 up to -12. Keep tire narrow to save on weight.
If people will finally will stop using back spacing, this useless measurement would already retire for good.

Just to bring this into offset specs, since offset and backspacing change depending on width.

Minimum wheel width for 35x12.50R20 KO2s is 8.5". So the "maximum" offset for 4.75 bs is:

8.5" = 0 mm
9" = -6 mm
10" = -19 mm

Stock backspacing on 7.5" wheel with +44.5 mm offset is 6".
Will 20x10 with either 1mm or 20mm work?

Referring to my post, the max on a 10” wheel is -19mm, so a -20 would work. The positive/negative is significant.

Would 1 mm be fine, the wheels I am currently looking at are only offered in 1 mm or 20mm. Doesn’t say +/- on fuels website. Which would be best?

If not stated, I would assume positive offset. In eather case, 1 will be best compared to +20 or -20 offset.

I also have a 2021 High Altitude and am considering new AT tires!! Like you this is my daily driver and will be used on the beach and fields of snow but no serious trails or rock crawling. I also was considering staying with the stock 20" gloss black rims. I was told when I purchased, that I could go up to 35’s without having to do any suspension work do to the stock height but don’t know if that is correct. Also don’t know if they even make 35’s that would fit the stock rims. Today is day 1 of doing my research!!!
Hey did you get any answers yet on this? Looking at a similiar setup on my newly ordered 2022 HA..
