I have the 1953250 and 1953600 trackbar brackets. They both give the lift heights they were designed for, but is that based on starting with a non-Rubicon or a Rubicon?

Generally, lifts are designed off of the Rubicons. That's why non Rubicons tend to gain a higher net height increase.

Curious, are those 2 reinforcements for the front and rear frame side track bar brackets? Just wanting to clarify that you're not altering the front track bar angle with an axle side bracket.

I haven't installed either yet, but both mount to the axle.

Are you using the factory track bars ? How much lift are you running ?
Factory trackbars with 2" spacers front and rear.

Ok, then use the brackets in front and rear….. they are designed to keep your axles centered so the drag link and the track bar remain on the same plane, or parallel with each other……Rubi, sport, doesn’t matter….. if you were lifting higher, then I would say don’t use the front bracket and use an adjustable t.b. instead…because the bracket is only good for 2 to 2-1/2” lift……..

Listen to him, Roky is smart AND he has a Rubicon and we all know that if you have a Rubicon you know everything.
