I can’t deal with these automated responses

Story time.

So I ordered their JL-LMB brackets. They go on the crossbar behind the grill for mounting lights. I did my research as I always do when I buy things, and I always make sure I buy parts that fit my Jeep. They arrived just fine. I’m no car mechanic, but I am an airplane mechanic. I know how to read and follow schematics. This was a very simple bracket install. As I’m turning the wrench on the bottom nut, ( it’s not even snug yet ) , I hear a hiss. As it turns out the bottom bolt punctured the condenser. The bracket was properly in place and the top bolts were already snug the top bolts weren’t as close and didn’t touch the vent. I have a 2021 Rubicon, I don’t know if the angle on the cooling system varies between other models. I trusted the bolts would fit as they should and I couldn’t keep my head there the entire time. I would have never expected that to happen. Perhaps if I would have gone past the first page of great reviews, I would have gotten to the not so good reviews, where people mentioned the clearance issue and how they had no choice but to flip the bolts the opposite way just to make it work. If only their instructions said anything about that, I wouldn’t have to spend 600$ for a local shop to replace it. Can someone please tell me I’m wrong and only I should be accountable for all this. At least that way I can move on.

The funny part is, I submitted for a refund on the brackets. Their automated system came back saying I bought it more than 30 days ago. Meanwhile, I placed the order 11 days ago.

I kinda feel like they should pay for my service bill and they should update their instructions.

Bought the same set for my 21 Rubicon. No way they were going to fit. Returned with no issue.

He seems to be able to solve problems nobody else at Quadratec can.

Quadratec is ok. Plus Quadratec’s installation videos with “Hey Robbie” are pretty good. Not as good or humorous as @Tech Tim from @Northridge4x4
I've had good luck with everyone so far. Except one time I ordered a turkey & swiss from Panara bread.
Half way through the sandwich I realized there was no turkey. I politely explained this to the lady. She handed me a slice of turkey on a napkin. What a rip off!

I don’t even know why but that’s the hardest I laughed all day 👍
