Quadratec Customer Service

Hey all just wanted to do a shout out to Quadratec especially their customer service. I have ordered quite a few products from them for my JLU and have really never had a negative or positive experience. Unfortunately that all changed recently when I had a product fail on me. I was really worried that although it was under warranty it was going to be a fight on how it was installed and if the failure was my fault or not. Fortunately that was not the case. Keith and Bailey handled my case respectively and cordially from the get go making sure my product was replaced asap and even went way above and beyond (again unexpected). I see a ton of posts when things dont work out but wanted some props to these guys and I would highly recommend shopping through them. @Quadratec

Was shorted a few grommets for the rear cargo rubber mats, emailed Rob, and he has submitted a warranty claim with Jeep!!!!
I have ordered from them for years and will continue to! Good Peeps!

Even in the height of the pandemic several months ago, @Quadratec handled Omix-Ada product shipment delays and extra stuff being sent without a hiccup for my son's KJ. Love their stuff!

Good to hear you had a positive experience with Quadratec Customer Service. My experience with their “Response Team” has been quite the opposite, which prompts me to take my business elsewhere
