I'm posting this here because I've already called them. Emailed them, and posted in the CavFab sub..
Is this how they normally treat customers?

I placed an order for rocker guards on Sept 23rd. I immediately received a confirmation email with my purchase info. No shipping info.
I waited a couple weeks and finally emailed them. No reply.
Called - no reply.
Emailed again - no reply.

The money was drafted from my bank..

I'm not in a hurry for these. I just want to get a status update.

Are they on backorder? Will they ship this week, or in 2 months?
