I have a hoist up in my attic that lifts/holds the hard top on nice days. On occasion, I'll drive in, underneath it and park. When I do this, the fiberglass top scuffs the a pillars..
Can this be buffed out?
Welp, 1 guy test drove it the other day. He didn't reply with a price, so today, I hit him up, nicely asking why he didn't offer.. other than the stock D35 on 37's, he also mentioned the door damage, and the scuffs on the A pillars, from where I'd drive in forward, where the hardtop was hanging...
I'm out of work right now, recovering from back surgery. That means I have all kinds of time for such a monotonous project.
At the same time, I also know a body shop could probably fix something like this up pretty quickly and probably fairly affordable.
Go figure. A few days after I post my Jeep for sale, I dropped the front door.. I was more worried that the glass would have shattered, but it didn't.
I did, however, end up with a bent corner of the bottom front part..
Is this a fairly easy diy body fill/sand/primer/paint project?

Thanks for the link. I changed the vehicle to the 2020 2.0 & the price went up to $560! Everything under the front end it tight. After my son waked up, I'll have him move the steering back & forth and look around.
I see Extreme Terrain has the RPM steering on sale right now. Might bite the...

Would those both get that loose & just suddenly affect the steering so much? Like, it...
I've had my 2.0 sport for a couple years now, w/ a 2.5" lift, hd ball joints, MC Sector Shaft Brace, MC front trackbar reinforcement bracket on 37's. Nothing's been changed or added to it for probably the past 6-8 months.
Just this week, my steering seems to feel like it wants to pull to...
Incredible build and attention to detail man!! I remember, a good 15+ years ago, on Jeep forums, if somebody was building a cage, there was always that one person that would chime in, saying, "not enough triangulation" lol.
This looks like you could roll it a few times and walk away, wiping...
This wasn't today, but last week. Installed the Metalcloak trackbar bracket. Not the easiest install, but not that bad. I had to order a 42mm socket off Amazon today because I can't find one out in town for the sector brace, so that's going on later this week.
Friday, I had the 37 Maxxis Razr...
