Quadratec Products - customer service / warranty department?

Has anyone had a negative issue with a Quadratec branded/made product ? Looking to see if anyone has had to go through their customer service / warranty department ?

No negative issues. I’ve had to go through their customer service several times and was always provided good service. Wait times are sometimes long on chats and calls.
