Quadratec Customer Service - 2 Years & Waiting (WTF? )

HELP! I've been running a search and I'm tired of beating my head against the wall. Does anyone have a contact at Quadratec that is actually helpful?

I've tried 5 different people so far with zero success. I am trying to get them to fulfill an order from DECEMBER 2022 and just got one of the items delivered yesterday, but the other item which has been in stock on and off for the last year, they can't seem to get straight. I tried cancelling and ordering and they just put me in an effing loop saying they called and since I already ordered and paid, they will get it shipped. It'll be 2 years in a few weeks and they still haven't gotten this straight.

I used to like Quadratec, but this is flipping ridiculous

I used to like Quadratec, but this is flipping ridiculous

What’s the part? I found Juanita K to be very helpful. But if 5 people have tried I’d be curious to hear the whole story.

Pretty short story: buy new 2022 Jeep and place order on December 12, 2022 for 2 Items (Mopar 82215337 Media Center Screen Protector for 18-20 Jeep Wrangler JL & Gladiator JT with 8.4" Screen - Arrived December 1, 2024) and the below which apparently went to backorder sometime after my order was placed. They spent over a year sending me emails stating, "We want you to know that we're still working on fulfilling your order. Unfortunately, your item is still out of stock. We apologize for any inconvenience this update may cause. We'll continue to update you on your order status by email. Once your order has shipped, we'll send you the tracking information and estimated delivery time."

• MISSING ITEM - Item no: 14125-3030 - TACTIK 14125 3030 Rear Cup Holder Conversion for 18-23 Jeep Wrangler JL with Factory Leather Seats

I realized it should be in stock when I saw it in a catalog they sent me (even though they kept sending me emails "apologizing"). Even today, if you look online now its currently In Stock.

They outsource this product so it is supposedly "with the vendor". Quadratec says they can't cancel the order as they already paid the vendor, and the vendor won't deal with customers as they deal directly with Quadratec. It's the Do Loop from hell. It's a $40 part, but this is effing ridiculous!

Yeah that does suck. I will say although I have had good luck with them overall I did order a Mopar part and their supplier kept pushing the order out longer and longer. Quadrate did stay in contact with me but I ended up cancelling and ordering elsewhere. Hopefully @Quadratec will get this sorted out for you.

Pretty sad... things are not good when a company will stoop so low for $40! They need an attitude adjustment!
