Sorry if this is in the wrong place....
I have a small chip in the powder oat on my bumper. It has some surface rust and I'm wondering the best way to repair it to stop the rust.
It's a small chip, so I can't really get in there to sand the rust off, so do I actually sand a larger area and touch it up with some Rust-Oleum paint? Any suggestions appreciated ( besides " get used to it, it's gonna rust!")
