Portable 12V Battery

I just got a portable Morrflate compressor for airing up (goes from 15->30psi in 5 mins -- I love it). Instead of lifting the hood and hooking up to the Jeep's battery, I'm wondering if there's a portable battery system that I could hook up to. I could use it to power camping stuff and could avoid draining anything or running the Jeep when airing up.

Any suggestions? I'm not sure if this is a thing that exists.

They absolutely exist. "Portable power station" is the name I've seen used most frequently.

I don't think you will find one that can supply the amps needed for a compressor.

also you will find the compressors run way better with more than 12V ie your jeep running is putting out more than 12V.
