I have this shower bag and was using it almost like pictured. Hanging from the tree. Wouldn't be clever if it could hang from some contraption attaching to the roof or the roll bars?

I’m not connected to these guys at all, although I did buy some rope from SandyCats. I’ve wrestled with these solar camp showers for years, and think this system is a real upgrade.

I just bought my JL about a month ago, so I don’t have a roof rack on it yet. But here’s my solution that we use on the family van for beach trips and camping.

I have about 8’ of 4” schedule 80 PVC. It holds about 5 gallons of water. It has a schrader valve on one end and I hook it up to a cheap $25 compressor from Amazon to pressurize it, and there’s a pressure relief valve that’s rated to 40 psi so that it doesn’t turn into a bomb. Painted black so that the sun warms it up a bit. Altogether it was under $100. Or you can get the prettier version for more.
