Mine (named Bella) ran perfectly until it caught on fire. Mine wasn't a clutch (mine's an auto) but I think it overheated to the point that the engine warped and released some oil or fuel or something. All I know is when it overheated it went from normal to the top of the red instantly. I got to the side as quickly as I could but it was around 10-20 seconds before I could get over. The steam started coming out and then the flames. 35 minutes later the firetruck showed up and put it out.

I replaced it with a 392 (named Jessie)so at least there's that.

Technically my '21 JLURD did, for a few minutes.

Was at a 711 gas station (my mistake, never again), and filled up, tried starting and it wouldn't. It showed a 'water in fuel' warning for a second.
Got my battery jumper kit, charged, and tried starting. Jeep turns on no issues.
Battery was fine.
Bled the fuel filter in case, found maybe a drop of water in the fuel.
Never an issue afterwards.

Wasn't sure if a drop of water was the issue or battery?

So, stranded for a few minutes.

I've owned mostly Jeeps my entore life. One of the few non-Jeeps I had was a 3rd gen 4runner. That was the only vehicle to ever leave me stranded. 143,000 miles, it was the perfect storm where first the temp gauge went out followed by the water pump. Started smoking and clattering, so I pulled off to the side and cut it. Got it towed to the shop. It'd already ate two ball bearings and bent one rod. Only worth scrap after that.

No. I had a CJ7 that did a few times, walked 7 miles one night. Mud holes look easy when you are 19 and full of yourself.

My jeep has left me stranded 2 times it’s been at the dealer 5 times in 6 months all for the same electric issues first time they replaced Star connector second time they replaced the battery. Then first time I got stranded the dash went crazy got to Costco couldn’t leave after shutting it off. Came back next morning to get it home and towed to the dealer. They found nothing wrong just reset the codes. 4 days later happened again so started driving it to dealer the next day and started acting up again so pulled off and towed back to the dealer for them to replace the star connector again.

Yep been there done that.
My truck got stuck out in the woods for 2 weeks with a blown transmission because "that don't look that deep".

I was 19 at the time.

It was the 2.0 etorque engine. A great combo in my opinion. I would have looked for it again if I didn't see the 392 at the dealer :)

Jeep didn't leave me stranded but local CDJR service dept did--they didn't seat the coolant reservoir cap and it blew off. Fortunately only about a mile from pavement, downhill coast back.
(I check the cap regularly now...)

First time I had blown the N3 fuse on the high amp fuse array. Second time was a leak in my clutch hydraulics mixed with bad grease causing the clutch not to disengage properly.
Any idea what blew the N3?

Late September I was almost to the top of Red Cone pass in Colorado and the clutch & transmission started throwing errors and put me in limp mode.

Had to leave it at around 11,500 feet and get it the next day. At least it was a nice day for a rescue (pictures are from the rescue)

I voted not stranded as I was in my garage. I am a new JL Rubicon owner 2020, anyways was screwing around with the push button start accessories mode, didn't turn it off properly, next morning dead batteries!!! I removed the negative lead, charged the main battery. Started fine, no rear camera, check engine light, threw 2 error codes related to low voltage, couldn't clear the codes with my OBD2 reader. After driving and restarting, camera came back online, codes cleared but voltage stayed at 12.4 volts. Eventually voltage went back to 13.4 to 14.1 volts while driving. All good now, lesson learned! My FJ was low tech so this never happened.

So far the closest I've come is after installing the Warn winch and having a constant draw from it. went out to my parents shop and it wouldn't start, went a borrowed a vehicle and bought a jump box, after that the main battery died/aged out but having the jump box kept it from being a stranded situation.
